We both got to sleep in this morning!! Not a first for me, but a first for my dad! By the time we we ready to leave it was almost lunch time, so we headed for a Chinese restaurant that we used to frequent when we lived here. We both got soup, and we recreated another picture from 11 years ago! We made it a goal to try to recreate a bunch of old pictures today! Then, we went for a walk and took some more pictures. One of the places I really wanted to go was a candy store we used to go to. So, I went and filled a bag up (that's almost gone now...). Then, we stopped and had coffee at a place called Coffelovers. I got this amazing drink. It was called a Nougat Fudge delight, and it sure was a delight. It was like 40% homemade whipped cream. After that we took a few more pictures and walked around the town. Then, we decided to check out one of the museums in the city center..... bad idea. The exhibits were AWFUL. There was an exhibit called "car crash" that was purely pictures of dead people in car accidents(??!!). There were many other explicit images as well. I saw WAY too much nudity within a 30 minute time span. Forever scarred. Then, we went to sit at a restaurant on the Vrijthof so my dad could work on the computer and I recreated a strange picture.. I had a "max rose" which was like a fruit juice beer thing. Not too bad. It was almost time for dinner so we set off to find a place to get pizza (not only is it my favorite but it was another old picture to check off the list). After dinner we raced over to a movie theatre to see the movie The Circle. That was an interesting experience. 3/10 wouldn't recommend. Then, as we were walking back after the movie we stopped to get some chocolate and drinks. My dad got a Fanta and a Twix, but I opted for something a little more foreign-- a Fristi and a Bueno. Now time for bed!
