Today I had breakfast with my dad before he left for work and then went back to bed! When I woke back up I got ready and then walked around for a while before going to my dad's office. I waited for him to be done teaching, and then we walked into town to get pizza. We got a goat cheese, fig, and prosciutto pizza that I thought was really good! My dad didn't like the figs very much, but I thought it was a good combination. After lunch we decided to do a bus tour of the city. We had to wear headphones to get the English translation. It was fun to hear different stories about the buildings I've been walking past for the last week. On my way back to the hotel I stopped to get gelato. I got a chocolate cherry gelato that was really good. The department my dad is working in had a barbeque for dinner; there were different colleagues along with grad students. Everyone brought different food, so there was a good assortment of things. After chatting and eating, we decided to take a walk. We walked around the lake and went about 4 miles. The sun was setting during the last half of our walk, so there was a great view! Now to bed!
