Our last morning in Münster! We woke up and walked the botanical gardens. The garden used to be an old fortress that they have now converted into beautiful gardens. We walked around the perimeter of the garden, and then we walked to the center. The center was my favorite. There were all kinds of plants, and they even had green houses. One large greenhouse was full of every kind of cactus. It was really neat. Then, we walked back to our hotel and had our last amazing hotel breakfast. We packed up our stuff, got a taxi to the train station, and waited for our train. The train ride was 5 hours from Münster to Stuttgart. Anja's (for anyone who doesn't know, we had an exchange student named Anja when I was a junior in high school) parents came to pick us up at the train station. Anja wanted to come but she had to work, but we will see her tomorrow! Then, we went to their house (where I will be staying for the next week or so) and had a traditional German dinner. It was really good! I got to meet Anja's pets too 😊. I am staying in her room, and it only took a matter of minutes before my things had taken over! Now off to bed! We will leave pretty early to go see Anja. She lives in an apartment about 2 hours away!
