We decided to walk to one of the castles nearby today! There is a giant castle called Hohenneuffen that is on top of one of the hills. My dad really wanted to go up to the top and see the castle. It was built in 1100 and is partially ruins. Anja drove us to the base of the hill and made us hike up to the top. It wasn't until we reached the top that we realized you could drive up the hill almost to the top. We were giving Anja such a hard time because it was a pretty tough hike and we could have just driven up the top! She was laughing at herself for like 20 minutes (as usual). It was a good view at the top. We walked all around the perimeter, and I think we made it into an amateur Youtuber's video walkthrough of the castle. I will have to check that and update you later. (We were zoning out drinking water when he pointed the camera toward us and walked by...) We had lunch at the top before climbing all the way back down to the car. (ANJA!) Then, we went back and I had to finish an assignment and shower before going to dinner. We went to a restaurant that is known for all of the animals that they have on their property. If you notice in the picture, I got a side salad before my meal salad, so I that means I'm set, right? That was enough vegetables for the week? After dinner we drove Anja's dog to her cousin's house because we are leaving for Berlin in the morning! **super early**
